Privacy Policy — Snoonu Connector

Snoonu Connector is a third-party Shopify application that helps merchants sync catalog and order data with the Snoonu marketplace. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Snoonu unless explicitly stated.

Data we store

• Shopify shop domain and offline access tokens (for API calls)
• Encrypted Snoonu API credentials you provide
• Product SKU sync state, branch mappings, sync logs
• Order payloads required to create/update Shopify orders
• Hashed merchant API keys you generate

How we use data

Data is used solely to operate the connector (sync inventory/pricing and process orders). We do not sell merchant or customer data.

Retention & deletion

On app uninstall we wipe Snoonu credentials and revoke API keys. Shop redact webhooks delete remaining shop data. Contact support for deletion requests.
